New Rebates Available for High Efficiency HVAC Equipment
February 8, 2010
As a valued customer of York’s Quality Air, we want to make you aware of some exciting news regarding your heating and cooling savings. Under the current 2009 government stimulus, those who purchase and install specific efficient HVAC products, such as gas furnaces, air conditioners, or geothermal heat pumps, into existing homes can receive (if eligible) a tax credit for 30% of the cost, up to $1,500.
This certainly may be something you already know, but did you realize that Indiana residents also have significant rebate opportunities as of February 1st of this year?
Buy and install a new Energy Star Rated Furnace, Air Conditioner or Heat Pump and also get a new state rebate of up to $500 back.
Did you realize that forced air furnaces bought before 1992 probably are at an annual fuel utilization efficiency (AFUE) of less than 65%? That means for every $100 you are spending on heat only 65% of that money is heating your home – at best!
Vectren and Citizen Gas are also offering hundreds of dollars in additional rebates on energy efficient equipment.
That’s right you can also qualify for additional rebates from your Central Indiana utility company just for installing energy efficient equipment in your home. A new energy efficient gas furnace for your home will not only save you hundreds on tax credits and rebates – if you act quickly, but could also save you hundreds of dollars each year in your heating bills.
Don’t wait! Call one of the heating and cooling experts at York’s Quality Air at (317)262-4070 or visit our rebate page on our website at http://yorksqualityair.com/rebates to see specifically what you qualify for. Remember there are also rebates for energy efficient water heaters, tankless water heaters and more!
Contact us before March 1st and York’s Quality Air will add a FREE programmable thermostat, valued up to $500 and a FREE furnace humidifier for investments made over $2,500 on qualified systems.
